Beef And Macaroni Chili Recipe
- 1 c. macaroni, raw
- 1/2 lb grnd beef
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp chili pwdr
- 1 pch salt
- 1 pch pepper, freshly grnd
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 ounce mozzarella cheese
- Cook macaroni about 7 min.
- Brown meat in largest saucepan and drain off all fat.
- Add in garlic, chili pwdr, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and cook on low about 5 min.
- Add in cooked macaroni and tomato soup.
- Heat thoroughly.
- Just before serving add in grated cheese.
- Cover and heat till cheese melts.
- Love It!
- Leftovers are good reheated the next day and can be frzn.
