Homemade Baked Tortilla Chips
- 4 Small Flour Tortillas ( Or As Many As You Want, I Tortilla Makes 4 Chips)
- Cooking Spray
- Seasoning Of Your Choice
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- 1.
- Spray tortillas with the cooking spray, coating both sides.
- 2.
- Sprinkle with seasoning of choice (salt and pepper, salt, adobo which is my favorite or whatever your heart desires.)
- 3.
- Cut tortillas into triangles (each tortilla makes 4 chips).
- Put the chips onto a baking tray in a single layer.
- 4.
- Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until crisp.
- Make sure to keep your eye on them towards the end of the baking time, because they do tend to burn quickly.
- Remove pan from oven and set it on a cooling rack.
- 5.
- Let them cool and harden a bit then serve!
