Hummus
- 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon Mexican seasoning
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 6 pieces pita bread
- Drain the chickpeas and place in a blender with the garlic, Mexican seasoning, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Puree for 30 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth.
- Cut each piece of pita bread into 8 wedges and serve on a plate with the hummus on the side.
