Hummus

  1. Drain the chickpeas and place in a blender with the garlic, Mexican seasoning, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  2. Puree for 30 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Cut each piece of pita bread into 8 wedges and serve on a plate with the hummus on the side.
