Mini Taco Hand Pies

  1. Heat oven to 450F.
  2. Press each package of dough into 15x10-inch rectangle.
  3. Cut into 8 (3 3/4x2 1/2-inch) rectangles.
  4. Place 2 quarters cheese onto half of each piece of dough 1/2-inch from edge.
  5. Top with 1/4 cup taco mixture, 1 tablespoon chopped tomato and 2 quarters cheese.
  6. Brush edges of dough with egg.
  7. Fold dough over filling, aligning edges.
  8. Press edges with fork to seal.
  9. Place onto greased baking sheet.
  10. Brush tops with egg.
  11. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
