German-Style Sausage Skillet

  1. Cut sausage into 3 pieces, then cut each piece lengthwise in half.
  2. Cook in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 to 7 min.
  3. or until evenly browned, turning occasionally.
  4. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  5. Melt butter in skillet.
  6. Add onions; cook 3 min.
  7. or until tender, stirring frequently.
  8. Stir in mustard.
  9. Add sauerkraut; mix lightly.
  10. Cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  11. Top with sausage; cover.
  12. Cook 5 min.
  13. or until heated through.
