Coffee Cooler

• Ice
• 5 cardamom pods
• 3 ounces chilled brewed coffee
• 1 ounce fresh orange juice
• 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
• 1 sage sprig, plus 1 sage leaf for garnish
• 1 ounce chilled club soda
• 1 orange twist, for garnish

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the club soda and garnishes and shake well.
3. Double strain into an ice-filled highball glass and stir in the club soda.
4. Garnish with the remaining sage leaf and the twist.
