Cauliflower & Broccoli Salad

  1. Boil cauliflower& broccoli in salted water, uncovered, for about 5 minutes.
  2. Rinse in cold water and drain.
  3. Put them in a serving bowl.
  4. Put tomatoes, oil, garlic, vinegar, parsley and salt in a good processor or blender and blend.
  5. Taste and add more vinegar if needed.
  6. Pour sauce over vegetables.
  7. Do not refrigerate.
  8. Serve at room temperature.
