Cheesy Chicken Noodle Casserole
- 6 ounces, weight Bag Of Noodles
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup, Fat Free
- 1 can Milk, Use The Soup Can For Measuring
- 10 ounces, fluid Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken, Shredded
- Fresh Parsley, to taste
- 1 bag (24 Oz. Size) Frozen Mixed Vegetables (You Can Also Use Canned Vegetables)
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook noodles to al dente.
- Pour mushroom soup and milk into an ovenproof dish.
- Add cheddar cheese, chicken, noodles, parsley and mixed veggies.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until done, stirring once.
