Triple Cajun Cheeseburger

- 2 cups Cajun seasoning, divided
- 100 slices OSCAR MAYER 18-22 Slice Count Raw Bacon Flat Pak
- 100 slices Sliced pepperjack cheese
- 50 each kaiser rolls, split
- 3-1/4 cups KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
- 50 each lettuce leaves
- 50 slices tomatoes, sliced
- Mix meat and 1 cup of the Cajun seasoning (or 1 tsp.
- for trial recipe); shape into 50 patties (or 1 patty for trial recipe).
- Place bacon on parchment paper-lined sheet pan.
- Sprinkle remaining 1 cup Cajun seasoning (or 1 tsp.
- for trial recipe) evenly over bacon.
- Bake in 350F-convection oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp; drain.
- Grill patties 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until meat juices run clear and internal temperature reaches at least 160F.
- Top each burger with 2 cheese slices and 2 bacon slices.
- Continue grilling until cheese is melted.
- For each serving: Spread roll with 1 Tbsp.
- mayonnaise.
- Cover bottom half of roll with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 tomato slice and burger.
- Cover with top of roll.
