Triple Cajun Cheeseburger

  1. Mix meat and 1 cup of the Cajun seasoning (or 1 tsp.
  2. for trial recipe); shape into 50 patties (or 1 patty for trial recipe).
  3. Place bacon on parchment paper-lined sheet pan.
  4. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup Cajun seasoning (or 1 tsp.
  5. for trial recipe) evenly over bacon.
  6. Bake in 350F-convection oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp; drain.
  7. Grill patties 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until meat juices run clear and internal temperature reaches at least 160F.
  8. Top each burger with 2 cheese slices and 2 bacon slices.
  9. Continue grilling until cheese is melted.
  10. For each serving: Spread roll with 1 Tbsp.
  11. mayonnaise.
  12. Cover bottom half of roll with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 tomato slice and burger.
  13. Cover with top of roll.
