Taco Wontons
- 2- 1/2 ounces, weight Cooked Taco Ground Beef
- 15 whole Wonton Wraps 3x3 Size
- 13 cups Salsa, Your Favorite
- 1 ounce, weight Light Mexican Cheese, Shredded
- Spray Butter
- Greek Yogurt And Salsa, To Serve
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a tiny bowl, add some water.
- This is for sealing the edges of your wontons.
- Place 1 teaspoon of ground beef into a wrapper and top with 1 teaspoon salsa and a pinch of cheese.
- Take your finger, dip in water, and run your wet finger along the edges of the wrapper (this will be the glue to seal the wrappers together).
- Fold wrapper over into a triangle and place on the baking sheet.
- Do the same for the rest of the wrappers.
- Spray each wonton with about 2 sprays of butter.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Serve with Greek yogurt and salsa.
- Makes 15 taco wontons.
