CRACKers
- 1 box (16 Oz. Box) Wheat Saltines
- 1 cup Canola Oil
- 1 envelope (about 1 Oz. Envelope) Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Cilantro
- Open the sleeves of wheat saltines and gently place them in a very large bowl.
- In a measuring cup, mix canola oil and all the spices together really well with a fork.
- Drizzle this mixture on top of the crackers.
- Gently toss crackers and oil together until each cracker is coated.
- With a large spoon, place the crackers in gallon-sized Ziploc bags.
- You can eat them immediately or store them at room temperature for a few days, but good luck keeping them around that long!
