Easy Hot and Sour Soup

  1. Heat stock and add the mushrooms and fungi.
  2. Cook 10 minutes.
  3. Add the fresh thinly sliced chicken, Tofu, Chili/Garlic Sauce, Bamboo shoots and juice of 2 lemons.
  4. Cook on Medium low for 15 minutes.
  5. Add pepper and Soy Sauce.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. In a small bowl mix up eggs and in a slow stream pour into boiling soup while stirring.
  8. Mix the cornstarch with water and stir into soup.
