Chicken in Cream
- 2 lbs bone in chicken pieces (thighs, legs, breasts)
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 12 cup apple cider
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 13 cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- paprika
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place chicken in ungreased baking pan, 9x9x2.
- Mix all ingredients except paprika; pour over chicken.
- Bake uncovered 1 hour, spooning off excess fat and basting once with sauce in pan.
- Sprinkle with paprika and bake until tender, about 30 minute.
