Sophie's Coffee nutella cream cheese frosting

• 400 grams nutella or similar chocolate spread
• 250 grams cream cheese or quark
• 2 caps full of vanilla essence
• 1 tbsp instant coffee dissolved in 50ml water OR 50ml cold very strong coffee
• 200 grams cocoa
• 200 grams icing sugar

1. Combine ingredients and blend thoroughly.
2. Move to fridge.
3. It's as simple as that!
4. Leave in the fridge for approximately 1 hour before applying to your cake or cupcakes.
