Grilled Portabella Mushrooms

  1. Clean and stem mushrooms.
  2. With the bottoms up in a shallow pan, add dry ingredients to taste and cover entire mushroom with olive oil.
  3. I usually let the mushrooms soak up all the oil before I turn it to season the other side.
  4. Do the same for the other side.
  5. Let the mushrooms marinate for at least a hour and grill bottom side down first.
  6. Grill each side for about 5 -7 minutes (depends on how large and thick your mushrooms are).
  7. Serve immediately.
