Amazing Corn Bread

• 1 cup cornmeal
• 1/2 cup flour, all-purpose
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
• 13 cup applesauce unsweetened
• 3/4 cup milk, skim
• 2 each egg whites

1. Preheat oven to 425F (220C).
2. Grease 9" glass pyrex pan and put in oven to preheat.
3. Mix all ingredients, put batter into heated pan and bake for 20 mins.
