Barbecue/Garlic Ham Sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) REAL Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) Barbecue Sauce
- 1 tsp (5 ml) cloves, optional
- 1 tsp (5 ml) minced garlic, or to taste
- Stir together all ingredients.
- Brush onto all exposed surfaces of ham.
- Bake at 325 degrees (175 C.), length of time depending on ham size.
- Bring cured ham to 140 degree (60 C.) internal temperature.
