Glazed Ham Steak Recipe

  1. In small saucepan combine pineapple, preserves, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
  2. Mix well and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 to 15 min to blend flavors.
  4. Broil ham to desired doneness on both sides.
  5. Spoon pineapple mix on top.
  6. Heat till warm and bubbly.
  7. Chill leftovers.
