Glazed Ham Steak Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) can crushed pineapple, well liquid removed
- 1/2 c. BAMA peach or possibly apricot preserves
- 2 tbsp. Realemon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 pound center cut ham slice
- In small saucepan combine pineapple, preserves, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
- Mix well and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 to 15 min to blend flavors.
- Broil ham to desired doneness on both sides.
- Spoon pineapple mix on top.
- Heat till warm and bubbly.
- Chill leftovers.
