Banana Cream Pie Sundae
- 20 each bananas
- 3-1/2 qt. vanilla wafers, chopped
- 3-3/4 gal. vanilla ice cream, regular or soft serve
- 1-1/4 gal. Prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping
- 2-1/2 cups BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted
- 40 each maraschino cherries
- For each serving: Cut 1/2 of 1 banana into slices.
- Place 1/3 cup chopped wafers in sundae dish.
- Top with layers of half the banana slices, 1-1/2 cups ice cream, remaining banana slices, 1/2 cup whipped topping and 1 Tbsp.
- coconut.
- Top with cherry.
- Serve immediately.
