Capsicum Karwar Style Recipe

  1. Grind the paste using 1/2 c. water.
  2. Heat oil, add in mustard seeds, whole chiles, allow to splutter.
  3. Add in asafetida and curry leaves.
  4. Stir.
  5. Add in capsicums, stir fry for 3-4 min.
  6. Add in grnd paste, jaggery, salt, turmeric pwdr and peanuts.
  7. Stir and add in 1/4 c. water.
  8. Boil and simmer for 7-8 min.
  9. Gravy must be thick.
  10. Serve warm with roti or possibly rice.
