Oreo Cookie Cake

  1. Break up cookies.
  2. Save 1 cup for topping.
  3. Mix remainder of cookies with butter and spread in 9x13 pan.
  4. Layer ice cream on top.
  5. Pour syrup over ice cream.
  6. Freeze 5 minutes to somewhat harden chocolate.
  7. Add Cool Whip.
  8. Sprinkle the cup of cookie crumbs on top of Cool Whip.
  9. Keep frozen.
  10. Allow 10 minutes thaw time before serving.
