Buffalo Chicken Hash

  1. Whisk hot sauce and butter in large bowl.
  2. Add chicken; toss to coat.
  3. For each serving: Spoon 1 cup (250 mL) hash browns onto serving plate.
  4. Top with 3 oz.
  5. (85 g) chicken mixture and 2 Tbsp.
  6. (30 mL) cheese.
  7. Serve with 2 oz.
  8. (60 g) celery sticks and 2 Tbsp.
  9. (30 mL) dressing.
