Big Brownies with Cocoa
- 4 Eggs (room temperature)
- 150 grams Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 200 ml Vegetable oil
- 100 grams Raisins (chopped up coarsely)
- 50 grams Walnuts (chopped up coarsely)
- 120 grams Plain white flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 3 tbsp Pure cocoa powder
- Line a baking sheet with kitchen parchment paper.
- Have all the ingredients ready to go.
- Mix the ingredients in the order listed in a large bowl, mixing well between additions.
- Pour the batter in the lined baking sheet, and bake in a preheated 180C oven for about 25 minutes.
- Adjust the baking time and temperature to your oven.
- Let it cool down a bit, and then cut up in any size you like.
- You should cut them into squares since that's how brownies are supposed to be!
