Creamy Scrambled Eggs & Ham

  1. Whisk first 3 ingredients in microwaveable bowl.
  2. Stir in ham; cover with waxed paper.
  3. Microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH 1 min.
  4. 30 sec.
  5. to 1 min.
  6. 45 sec.
  7. or until almost set, stirring every 30 sec.
  8. Let stand, covered, 30 sec.
  9. to 1 min.
  10. before serving.
  11. (Eggs will look slightly moist, but will finish cooking upon standing.)
