Ginger Tea Sauce Base

  1. Put the spices in the small pan, add water.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain into glass jar, add tea bags.
  5. Brew for 7 - 10 minutes.
  6. Cover jar and cool.
