Quick Pepper Steak

  1. Slice beef into thin strips.
  2. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat half the oil.
  3. Add beef in 2 batches and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Set beef aside.
  5. Reduce heat to medium.
  6. Add remaining oil.
  7. Add peppers, onion and garlic powder and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  8. Pour off fat.
  9. Add gravy and Worcestershire.
  10. Heat to a boil.
  11. Return beef to pan.
  12. Reduce heat to low and heat through.
  13. Serve over rice.
