Shrimp Delight Vegas Style
- 4 lbs medium shrimp or 4 lbs angel hair pasta
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 2 lbs asparagus (chopped in 1in pieces)
- 12 cup white wine
- 13 cup creole seasoning
- 3 tablespoons garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup cilantro
- saute bellpeppers,onion,garlic,and asparagus until onions are translucent, then add white wine and cilantro to sauteed vegetables, simmer for 5 minutes.
- While you are sauteing your vegetables start boiling your water for both your pasta and shrimp.
- in a small stock pot add the creole seasoning to the boiling water and then add the shrimp cook until pink.
- When pasta is done strain and put into large bowl, add a drizzle of olive oil and 3tbsp garlic salt set aside until vegetables are done.
- Take all ingredients and toss together in a large bowl and serve.
