Bedrock Holiday House

  1. Line 1-1/2-quart bowl or 8-inch loaf pan and 8-inch square pan with foil extending about 2 inches beyond the sides; lightly grease foil.
  2. Microwave butter in 4-quart microwavable bowl sprayed with no stick cooking spray on HIGH 45 seconds or until melted.
  3. Add marshmallows; mix to coat.
  4. Microwave 1-1/2 minutes or until marshmallows are melted and smooth; stir.
  5. Microwave 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.
  6. Add PEBBLES Cereal; mix with wooden spoon to coat well.
  7. Press about six cups (about 3/4) of the cereal mixture firmly into prepared bowl or loaf pan, pressing against sides and bottom to create 1-inch thick shell.
  8. Press remaining cereal mixture firmly into bottom of prepared square pan.
  9. Cool 4 hours or overnight until firm in cool, dry place.
  10. Using foil as handles, lift out cereal mixtures; carefully peel off foil.
  11. With sharp knife, carefully cut door and windows out of the bowl or loaf pan to create the house.
  12. (Kids, ask an adult to help you.)
  13. Spread 1 container frosting on large plastic board to resemble snow.
  14. Place house on snow.
  15. For roof, using additional frosting, attach the square to the top of the house.
  16. Decorate as desired.
  17. Notes: This recipe is intended for use with adult supervision.
  18. Note: For ease of stirring cereal mixture, spray wooden spoon with no stick cooking spray.
