Strawberry Fields No-Bake Cheesecake

  1. Mix graham crumbs, butter, and 1/4 cup sugar;press onto bottom of 9x13 pan.
  2. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
  3. Beat cheese and 3/4 cup sugar together with mixer until blended.
  4. Add preserves; mix well.
  5. Place strawberries and remaining 2 tablespoons sugar in a small bowl; mash with fork.
  6. Stir strawberry mixture and whipped topping into cheese mixter.
  7. Spoon over crust; cover.
  8. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  9. Store in the refrigerator.
