Beans and Bratwurst

  1. Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and heat over medium heat.
  2. Add bratwurst rounds, and cook 3 minutes per side, or until browned.
  3. Transfer to plate.
  4. Coat skillet with cooking spray once more, increase heat to high, and add leeks.
  5. Cook 4 minutes, or until leeks brown around edges, stirring halfway through.
  6. Add tomatoes and liquid, beans, molasses, 3/4 cup water, and bratwurst.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Reduce heat to medium, and simmer 5 minutes, or until heated through and liquid is thickened.
