Slimming World Friendly Breakfast Butty Unbelievable!

  1. heat a non stick pan til its hot hot hot, add bacon and mushrooms and fry until crisp.
  2. remove bacon from pan and put to one side, split and toast your wholemeal bun, fry your egg to you liking.
  3. put bacon on bottom of toasted bun followed by mushrooms then cheese and finally egg and lettece.
  4. Marvel at the fact this is diet food!
  5. and how on earth am I losing weight eating this.
