The Best Artichoke & Spinach Chip Dip!
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 12 cup shredded parmesan cheese, Romano, and asiago cheese mix
- 2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts
- 1 (10 ounce) jar alfredo sauce (recommend Bertolli)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 10 ounces spinach
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- Mix together cheeses, Alfredo sauce, garlic, and pepper.
- Thaw and squeeze water from spinach, chop and add to the mix.
- Drain artichokes, chop to your preference, and add to mix.
- Stir together, spoon into a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle top with mozzarella.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until the edges on top are turning light brown.
- Let cool and serve with chips.
