Warm Brie Jack O' Lantern
- 1 round (8 ounces) Brie cheese
- 1 tbsp (or more) apricot spreadable fruit
- Heat oven to 350.
- Line a cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- With a small knife, carefully cut jack o' lantern face in top of Brie, gently removing the white rind and some of the cheese from under the cuts to reveal a face.
- Using a small spoon, spoon 1 tablespoon (or more) apricot spreadable fruit into cut outs of face.
- Place Brie on cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until sides feel soft and cheese is warm.
- *The white coating, or rind, covering the Brie is edible.
