Baked Spinach

• 1/2 cup butter
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 2 packages spinach, frozen
• 1 package onion soup mix
• 1 x bread crumbs

1. Melt butter in a large frying pan.
2. Add 2 packages of spinach.
3. Break up and stir.
4. Add cream cheese and onion soup mix.
5. Stir well.
6. Place in a casserole.
7. Top with breadcrumbs and bake at 300oF for 45 minutes.
