Lynn's Signature Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F and line muffin cups (about 12).
  2. Muffins: stir egg, milk, sugars, and cinnamon together.
  3. Add bisquick and stir until moistened.
  4. if batter is too thick (which happens) add some water 2 Tbsp at a time until its a typical muffin batter.
  5. Drop batter into muffin cups.
  6. Topping: Combine all topping ingredients in a small bowl.
  7. Sprinkle on top of muffin batter, gently press in.
  8. Bake 13-18 minuets or until golden brown.
