Lynn's Signature Muffins
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 23 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter (can substitute vegetable oil)
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon vanilla
- 14 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons water (if needed)
- 12-1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 14 cup brown sugar (roughly, i usually eyeball this)
- Preheat oven to 400 F and line muffin cups (about 12).
- Muffins: stir egg, milk, sugars, and cinnamon together.
- Add bisquick and stir until moistened.
- if batter is too thick (which happens) add some water 2 Tbsp at a time until its a typical muffin batter.
- Drop batter into muffin cups.
- Topping: Combine all topping ingredients in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle on top of muffin batter, gently press in.
- Bake 13-18 minuets or until golden brown.
