Tuscan Pizza
- 1 cup prepared vegan pesto
- 1 par-baked Gluten-Free Pizza Crust
- 3/4 cup caramelized onions
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced dried figs
- 3 Tbs. pine nuts
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- Preheat oven to 425F.

- Spread pesto over par-baked crust.
- Top with caramelized onions, sliced figs, pine nuts, and olive oil.
- Bake 5 to 7 minutes, or until toppings are hot.
- Remove from oven, and serve.
