Onion and CHEESYBITE Crostini with Brie

  1. HEAT oil in a non stick frypan and cook onions with seasonings, gently for 20 minutes or until very soft and golden.
  2. Drain excess oil, stir in oregano and set aside to cool.
  3. SPRAY both sides of bread with oil.
  4. Place on a baking tray and bake in a hot oven 200oC for 10 minutes or until golden, turning once.
  5. SPREAD toast with CHEESYBITE, top with some onions and a slice of Brie.
  6. Garnish with extra oregano leaves.
  7. Serve immediately.
