Chicken Fajitas

  1. HEAT oil in skillet.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often.
  3. ADD pepper and onion and cook until tender-crisp.
  4. ADD salsa and heat through.
  5. SPOON about 1/2 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla.
  6. Top with additional salsa.
  7. Fold tortilla around filling.
  8. SERVE with guacamole.
