Seared Tuna with Maple-Balsamic Sweet Potatoes
- 1/4 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
- 1 lb. sweet potatoes ((about 2), peeled, sliced into 1/2-inch-thick wedges
- 4 tuna steaks (1 lb.)
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Mix syrup with 2 Tbsp.

- Remove 2 Tbsp.
- syrup mixture; toss with potatoes.
- Reserve remaining syrup mixture for later use.
- Spoon potatoes onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.

- Heat remaining oil in medium skillet on medium heat.
- Add fish; cook 3 to 4 min.
