Asparagus Beef Salad Recipe

  1. In small jar with tight fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Place asparagus and carrot in medium saucepan.
  4. Add in water to cover.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Cokk over Medium heat for 3-5 min or possibly till crisp-tender.
  7. Drain.
  8. Rinse with cool water.
  9. In medium bowl, combine all salad ingredients.
  10. Pour dressing over salad.
  11. toss to coat.
  12. Cover and chill for at least one hour.
  13. If you like, serve on lettuce lined plates.
  14. NOTES :CAn substitute cut green beans for asparagus, cooking for 3 min.
  15. Add in carrots and cook 3-5 min or possibly till crisp-tender.
