Shrimp and beef tostada
- 1/2 lb shrimp
- 1 lb ground beef
- 5 flat tortilla shells
- 1/2 cup mexican sour cream
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp a1 steak sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 tomato chopped
- 2 tsp beer
- Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a pan, saute ground beef and add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, cumin, garlic.
- Cook until ready
- Add 2 teaspoons of olive to pan, add the soy sauce, the a1 sauce, the lemon juice and the parsley flakes, cook until tender
- To make guac, mash avocado add garlic, salt, tomatoes, onions, garlic, beer
- Place the beef and the shrimp on the flat shell add the guacamole the lettuce and the Mexican sour cream
