Glazed Pear Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease bottom only of 9x5-inch loaf pan; set aside.
  3. Combine sugar and butter in bowl.
  4. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
  5. Add eggs, pear nectar and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed.
  6. Add shredded pear; continue beating until combined.
  7. Add all remaining bread ingredients; beat at low speed just until mixed.
  8. Spoon batter into prepared pan.
  9. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  10. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
  11. Cool completely.
  12. Combine all glaze ingredients in small bowl.
  13. Drizzle over loaf.
  14. Serve with Fresh Buttery Taste Spread.
