Seafood pasta
- 300 grams Pasta
- 500 grams Diverse seafood
- 5 clove garlic
- 1/2 celery
- 5 Cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 leek
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 1 salt and pepper
- 200 ml white wine
- Boil for 2 minutes the seafood
- Fry for 3 minutes at low flame in a little olive oil the sliced garlic , sliced leek and chopped parsley.
- Add the seafood.
- Add dry white wine.
- Add tomatoes after alchohol from wine has evaporated.
- Boil pasta.
- Add boiled pasta over the seafood and mix.
- Be careful not the boil tomuch pasta.
