Super easy nachos vegetarian option
- 4 lb corn tortilla chips
- 1 gallon nacho cheese In the can
- 31 oz canned chili, or salsa if vegetarian
- 6 small vine rippened tomatoes diced
- 1 pints sour cream
- 15 1/2 oz sliced ripe olives optional
- 10 oz pickled jalapenos
- 1/2 cup chives chopped
- In a big bowl add nacho cheese, and chili if vegetarian add salsa in place of chili or use vegetarian chili
- Heat in microwave five minute on high or put into crock pots if buffet style
- Spread chips out on plates add cheese mixture
- Add diced or chopped tomatoes, olives if used, jalapenos ,sour cream, chives
- Serve hope you enjoy
