OAMC Chili Con Carne

  1. Heat oil in saucepan and add garlic, onion and pepper, frying until soft.
  2. Add the ground beef until pink is gone.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  4. Cover and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Cool, place in freezer containers and freeze.
  6. To serve: Thaw overnight in fridge, add to saucepan and slowly bring to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  7. Simmer for 5 minutes, then serve.
