Breakfast Bagel Sandwich

  1. Toast bagel & set aside.
  2. Cost a nonstick pan with cooking spray & cook the turkey bacon over medium-low heat.
  3. When the bacon is cooked, remove it from the pan & set aside.
  4. Add the omega-3 spread to the pan.
  5. Pour in the egg whites & sprinkle with the salt & pepper.
  6. While the egg is setting, chop the bacon.
  7. When most of the egg is set, use a spatula to loosen the egg from the pan, allowing any uncooked egg to run off into the pan.
  8. Sprinkle the chopped bacon onto the egg while its still wet.
  9. Fold in the sides of the egg to make a square.
  10. Flip the egg square to finish cooking.
  11. When the egg is firm, place it on the bagel & serve.
