Frosty Strawberry Squares

  1. Stir together first 4 ingredients; spread evenly in shallow baking pan.
  2. Bake in a 300u0b0 oven for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Sprinkle 1/3 of the crumbs in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  4. Combine egg whites, sugar, berries and lemon juice in large bowl.
  5. With electric beater, beat at high speed to stiff peaks, about 10 minutes.
  6. Fold in Cool Whip.
  7. Spoon over crumbs; top with remaining crumbs.
  8. Freeze 6 hours or overnight.
  9. Will cut 12 to 15 squares.
  10. (Trim with whole strawberries, optional.)
