Glazed Stuffing Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Line roasting pan with foil.
  3. In bowl, combine ground beef, stuffing, eggs, 1/2 cup ketchup, chopped parsley and steak seasoning.
  4. In roasting pan, shape mixture into a 10"x4" loaf.
  5. Bake until meat thermometer inserted into center of loaf registers 165 F, about 1 hour, 10 minutes, brushing with remaining 1/4 cup ketchup during last 5 minutes of cooking time.
  6. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. If desired, serve meatloaf with mashed potatoes and garnished with herbs.
