Healthy Sake-steamed Chicken Tenders with Cabbage

  1. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Put the cabbage into a heatproof bowl and pour the sesame oil over it.

  6. Arrange the chicken tenders in a heatproof bowl and season with freshly ground salt and pepper.

  8. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes.

  11. Leave the plastic wrap on and let it sit for a while.
  12. While you're waiting, mix the ingredients for the sauce.
  13. Cut the chicken tenders like this.

  15. Pour on the sauce.
