Fatass Thanksgiving Casserole
- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken, cut up
- 2 can chicken gravy
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 box dressing mix
- 1 cup water
- 1 salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste
- toss dressing mix with water & seasonings, set aside.
- in casserole dish, layer chicken, cheese, gravy & dressing mix.
- bake at 400 for about 45-50 mins.
- if you want shorter cook time, pre-sear chicken slightly.
